Dan graduated in 1977 and a few weeks later began pastoring. He has pastored churches on the Northwestern Ohio District and the Central Ohio District, with the last 19 years right here at Bethel Community. Their desire is to see lives changed by the presence of the Almighty God. After several youth pastorates, he joined the staff at Bethel Community 15 years ago. His chief responsibility is the role of associate to the senior pastor. His fulltime position as an engineer has given him the ability to piece together the Word logically to fit the needs of our lives. Pastor Rick and Roxie have a daughter, Brittney. Todd Edwards Youth Pastor & Children's Church Director Email: PT3777@woh.rr.com Phone: 937-873-8088 Pastor Todd attended the E.C.E. Nazarene Bible College where he took Ministerial Studies. In February of 2000, God called him to Bethel to fill the role of Youth Pastor & Children’s Church Director. In June 2002, Pastor Todd became an Ordained Minister. While at Bethel, Pastor Todd met his wife, Shannon, and on May 17th, 2003, they were married. Shannon is the Nazarene Youth International (NYI) President, Nursery Director, and is also involved in Children's Church. On June 8th, 2006, they gave birth to their daughter, Katlynne Aliyah. Pastor Todd & Shannon have a BIG heart for teenagers and children. They feel they are right where God wants them to be and look forward to what He has in store for them. The guitar quickly became a great friend as Jerry's natural musical ability surfaced. Shortly after their marriage, Elaine began attending Bethel Community Church and became a Christian. Her prayers brought Jerry to the church and to the Lord. Soon, he was leading the worship music & choir. He has filled this role throughout the years, combining new choruses with older hymns, continuously finding new ways to speak praise through song. Johnda Hale Sunday School Director Email: kygirl2@juno.com Phone: 937-864-1998 Johnda and her husband Tim started attending Bethel in 1989 and became active in the church in numerous areas almost immediately . She is currently a preschool teacher for the Headstart Program in the Springfield school district. Linda Foulkes Church Secretary Email: Phone: 937-873-8088 Linda graduated with an elemetary education degree from Southern Nazarene University. When she married Doug, the Air Force took them to live in many places of which they have fond memories. We are fortunate that the Air Force brought them to Dayton for Doug's last assignment. Linda, Doug, and their two daughters began attending Bethel Community in 1992. Linda became the church secretary in 1997, and has become a most invaluable resource for the church!
